very pretty but not suitable for a ceiling, it falls.

I ordered 8, and they shipped them in multiple shipments, one at a time. However, i didn't receive 2 of them, and they said they would refund me if i uploaded proof that i didn't receive them.

If you ordered three rolls and received different thicknesses, and then returned two, unfortunately, you won't get a refund because you first need to prove that the two were indeed returned. Then you give them the link from DPD where the tracking is, and you still don't get your money back!! Very bad service unfortunately. I still hope that something will be done about it. Everyone seems to have their own, right?
